Come and learn about the Ancient Egyptians with Chris Humber – a fun interactive workshop with authentic artefacts, games, puzzles and craft workshops.

Chris has been a devotee of Ancient Egyptian history since primary school and today, as a grandmother with an Archaeological Diploma and an Hons Degree she tutors for the WEA in Ancient Egyptian Studies. Through games, puzzles and craft activities, Chris brings her knowledge and love of the subject to the younger generation and introduce them to this fascinating civilization of more than 5000 years ago.

The workshops are split into 2 per day to incorporate pyramids, artefacts, hieroglyphs, mummification plus crafts. To cover all topics you may like to book both workshops and have a picnic in between.

Booking is essential and children must be accompanied by an adult.
